You said "NO ONE should EVER sign an advance care plan ordering no antibiotics or nutrition or hydration therapy or transfer to a hospital."

You didn't say "NO ONE in reasonably good health." I pointed out that people who have been given a death sentence (aka not in reasonably good health) would be well advised to sign one.
