Richard and All: Right now I am tracking FTSP because I want to average down so that I may be able to use my money some place else. This morning it did the following BID 6000 ASK 1000 then it changed to BID 5000 ASK 1000 the volume did not change but the BID went to 3 Could you please tell me how I am to read this? I have come to the conclusion that it is a bullish sign but I don't know if I am right. I sure would appreciate all of you people explanation.As I have to make a very important decision. Harold
