ATTENTION CHIF SHAREHOLDERS !!
Before you buy into the Tomstock method of trading companies that have done a reverse split call Mr Tilton at 212 398-7833 and ask
him personally why he did the split. This R/S was done for good
reason,to gain a real asset that is generating real income that will show real EPS. With the low share count this income will make CHIF very attractive to investors come end of 1st quarter when CHIF announces its earnings which all reporting companies are required to do. Mr Tilton does not want to see shareholders sell into the hands of shorts who can bring a stock down only to cover at 2 bucks and then buy those CHIF shares you once owned only to watch it go back up to current levels and beyond. No offense Tomstock but your method is why most reverse stocks go down, it causes a domino affect which the shorts love. Look at CHIF after the split before today it did'nt move much but to bounce back to 5 x 7 when it dipped on small sells,I think there were 3 days it traded with a total of less than 5000 shares the whole time. Today using the Tomstock method it goes down ! If you have shares of CHIF you might consider holding till earnings come out. If no one sells it won't go down and feed the shorts who don't care about you the shareholder like Mr Tilton does.He is trying to build a real company and just maybe with your co-operation and support he will. Call him and see for yourself ! Good luck to all !
