Interesting newswire on Reuter yesterday (thanks, John Metcalf, for the info). One of IMUL's largest institutional stockholders, Amerindo Investment Advisors, submitted an SEC filing stating its concerns over the Gerety dismissal. In the filing, Amerindo states that it was concenred over the timing and circumstances behind the dismissal, and was concerned over the short-run operational and long-term strategic implications of the decision and the way it was implemented. IMUL's chairman and some shareholders were informed by Amerindo of its concerns. Additionally, Amerindo intends to request a meeting with IMUL's board and certain shareholders to discuss its concerns. Now for another bit of news...Immulogic will be presenting at the Hambrecht & Quist healthcare conference on Wed., January 8, at 4:00 PST (thanks, John De Castro, for the H&Q schedule). This is a very important annual conference and will provide IMUL with an excellent forum to make a statement re near term plans and, possibly, answer questions. We'll see what they say. Cheers! Rudy
