I dont have their balance sheet in front of me, but if they have reached profitability it would be on the basis of payments to them for database-sharing partnerships with big pharma and others, rather than royalties on drugs.

Those old partnerships have already been factored into share price - only expectations of additional revenues (like royalties on drugs or NEW partnerships) will raise share price.
