Announced after hours July 18, 1996 : The record date for the 2-1 stock split is July 29, 1996 and the date of distribution of the addtional shares resulting from the stock split is July 31, 1996. I would only worry about this stock if you sold it recently the shareholders meeting was very postitive. Look for a great earnings report next week!
