I haven't been here for a very long time... and it amazes me that Camelot still exists. My posts then were pretty much along the same lines as yours are now. Bad management, possibly intentionally (to detriment of stockholders). DW has a history of failures. When Camelot goes, he'll start something else. A little dd, even if just in this and similar threads would discourage anyone.

If you already hold the stock, take a loss and move on. If you don't own it, just forget it.
