I checked on PLNI. Don't own it (unfortunately given nice gain today despite full time wormie bashers LOL).

Apex trader can trade it for you, giving you your online rate. If you put in GTC, you can NOT change it online. You can sell it online.

I tried to pump him for information and then spoke to a supervisor. I played "Roberto the Dunce," to get some basic information.

It's on what they call a "suspicious trading" list. He explained it as being possible manipulative trading and not a reflection of the company itself, at least that was how he explained it.

Actually, pretty interesting that a stock can actually go up despite this. Even if I were bullish on a stock, I'd be reluctant to start a position. It's as if you have 2 strikes against you going up to bat.

The interesting question that I have is that if the restriction comes off, the pent up demand for buying could propel these stocks. The broker I spoke with said that stocks go on and off weekly and that any of these could be off next week. That was the reason he gave, at least, for not giving me the full list. I was told that stocks have come off the list but that they could not tell me which ones had.
