BFS - these guys are DC-area retail; interesting that one of their sources of revenue growth lately has been "lease termination fees". The stock looks like it's testing the RE bubble support line now: finance.yahoo.com Price to book is around 6. Isn't that pretty darned high for a REIT? And debt is about equal to market cap. I don't know how that compares to the rest of the universe. `BC
