TSX:IPT Impact Silver

I propose Impact Silver for inclusion in the portfolio. The case for it, as briefly as I can make it:

- Silver fundamentals continue to appear solid and I don't see any silver juniors in the PF yet.

- Impact is an emerging producer with profitable operations. Two mills are in production (one is a toll mill) and a third mill has been acquired. Cash flow from operations are funding all exploration activities.

- Impact has a very strong team of senior geologists. These guys can write their own tickets and they've chosen Impact.

- Impact has an enormous land position that covers about 600 square kilometres (current concessions and concessions under application). This is historically one of the most prolific silver mining areas in Mexico. The company has by now identified 900+ old workings and expects that number to surpass 2,000. All of the workings tested so far have shown high-grade silver. Historical mining operations only went down to the water table and could not handle sulphides.

- Impact has their own assay lab on site. This has enabled them to rapidly prioritize targets for production. In some cases, mining has started before assay results were returned from the independent third party lab.

- Impact has a strong, experienced CEO that squeaks when he walks (although he makes sure the key personnel are kept happy).

There's a lot more, but like I said...trying to keep it brief.
