It might be nice for a buying opp, but I don't see much chance of class action possibility unless there has been an unusual amount of insider sales in the last 30 days or so. A strong class action suit would normally allege that management made material statements which MISREPRESENTED their sales IN ORDER TO profit from insider sales. While I haven't dissected all public announcements by the company over this period and don't yet know about any insider sales, I have enough familiarity with management to strongly doubt that they ever did or would do such a thing. Of course, this may not deter a strike suit attempt, but it is easy to get these suits dismissed on summary judgment if the facts aren't there.

I see the probability of such a suit as being less than 10%.
