wendy - Something doesn't fit. There was a filing yesterday at SEDAR however no financials were posted. Look at the Notice of Annual Meeting .pdf document. Item #2 indicates a resolution for the Annual Meeting to be held May 28. The resolution #2 reads "To decrease the number of directors from six to three." The next resolution #3 indicates 3 directors to be elected..... smyth, hotrum & dardi. I don't see the name PETER GRANDWICH listed anywhere. Something doesn't jive.
