The only upside to CTP is a sellout or wholesale removal of the executive team, especially Jack Messman.

Messman has been poison to employees, investors, and customers. There is nothing positive which can be said about his 1 year as CEO. He does not appear to have real interest in the business, and he lacks leadership skills.
