As if to underscore Andy's post, I just received a DCCC fundraising e-mail from Nancy Pelosi. In it she uses an r-word that induces chills: "resolve." She writes: "the world is watching our resolve for winning this fight on behalf of America's families. She adds: "we must act on behalf of the American people." She concludes:
