Bill, it looks to me like he got off easy. A $750,000 fine still leaves him with plenty of profits, and it doesn't appear that any sanctions have been imposed. This would mean that he is free to continue dispensing his stock market wisdom to new "clients". I'm sure he'll be telling them that he did nothing wrong and he paid this trifling sum just to be rid of the annoyance.

I'm afraid that the new SEC is going to be much less enthusiastic about pursuing these kinds of cases.
