I have found my answers... RE: thick vs. thin consolidator, CKFR's model is the thin consolidator but they were able to accommodate Bell South with the thick consolidator model with an understanding that they will be moving to the thin model. This allowed BellSouth to move more quickly to getting this out to the public but CKFR is working towards moving towards the thin consolidator model in the future. AE
