JM, I'm sure that it goes without saying that Brent, GVTucker, Pierre and the rest do not now and never will own Tysons Foods, in light of what just happened to them. Are the same people still running that company? Cross them off the list? The list could get rather long....Archer Daniels Midland is another. If by chance any company and their executives settle a dispute then their company is HISTORY, right? Geez, Bill Gates had better hope Microsoft wins their dispute with the Justice Department or Microsoft's off the list too. Maybe our list of acceptable companies to invest in will get shorter after all.
