While WSTL and TXN have a... whatever... why didn't TXN buy WSTL also if the combined Westell/Amati was such a fantastic combo? Frankly, I see the deal as a disappointment to WSTL mitigated marginally only by the TXN/WSTL agreement. Although I haven't read the TXN/WSTL agreement, I'd bet it was written only to molify WSTL and put a nice spin on things, but is light on the kind of rock-solid commitments that indicate true belief in the value of WSTL. Anyone read the agreement yet and have comments from other than the spin doctors?
