T buys VCELA Vanguard for 1.5 bill- 23 per share which translates to about 2400 per subscriber (about 625,000 subs) each subscriber generating $40 per month. How does this compare to NXTL numbers? NXTL has about 2.4 mill subs and $69 per sub. Simplisticly NXTL worth 2.4/.625*69/40=approx 6.6x1.5 bill.=about 10 bill. or about 2x its market cap at 19 per share. Any other thoughts?
