Andreas... momentum investors don't start the movement in a stock. They jump onboard after the stock begins its rise. This rise, that gets the attention of the momentum investors and encourages them to jump in, is generally created by earnings surprises, pacts, upgrades, or other positive news. Please tell me what news and/or event you expect in March that will put CPQ back in favor, start the ball rolling, and lure the momentum investors, institutions, and fund managers back to CPQ. El
