RRI, MAI, IAU

Prospect generator Riverside Resources aka RRI isn't messing around. They recently announced the intention to spin out their Ontario gold prospects into a separate company, and now we get the details. It will be called Blue Jay Gold and will be listed on the TSXV. Part of the process will be the completion of a $4M PP, so they will be cashed up and ready to go. A previously completed PP, mostly taken up by RRI insiders, valued the shares at 20 cents apiece. Management will be largely composed of RRI veterans.

For each RRI share, holders will receive 1/5 of a share of Blue Jay Gold. I bought some more RRI in anticipation.

Nevada gold miner i-80 Gold aka IAU announced the next step in their recapitalization process with the with the filing of a supplement to their base shelf prospectus. The PP has been increased from SUS10M to $US20M at 80 cents a share. They expect the offering to close by the end of January.
