Pancho, RE: ALYD. "Not marginable" according to Schwab. Schwab will not allow short sells on stocks that are not marginable. I think this is overly restrictive - so maybe I'll look for another broker. I already have two - Schwab & Alex Brown - but I rarely trade with ABS. Does anyone know what criteria the FED uses to determine whether or not a stock is "marginable"? Regards, Bill
