Hello Salah...I think you hit the nail on the head. Most of our recent
furry has been the result of mounting suspicion that Marengi gets the
job. He may be a major asset to Novell...but not as a CEO...and
questionable as president IMO.

We do seem do be jumping the gun. Maybe...maybe, we've got a lot
of suprises coming up in the next two weeks or so. In the past, as we
got close to earnings everyone was generally positive. Maybe it will
happen this time. Certainly more potential for significant movement in
the stock price due to all the answers we should see. When the bulls
turn to bears is usually the time to buy...right Salah?

In the case of seemingly expected disappointments (myself included),
I think John Young and the BOD are who we're after. They created
this situation and unless some SPECTULAR news in the next couple of
weeks, made a tremendous, unexcusable error in judgement. Unless
earnings are .25 plus...or a buyout, the decisions of the board last year
are without justification of any kind that I can see.

We shall see.
