Well, you made some valid points in your post on the Loral stock thread. However, I would caution that the issue of a quid pro quo has not been proven either way. This is what we're waiting to see in the Cox report. I have maintained for some time that only donors received launch waivers. And Bernie knows this is part of the game. My belief is that Bernie and Armstrong, while at Hughes, muscled Ron Brown and Clinton into shifting waiver authority to Commerce. And Clinton acted not in the best interests of this country's national defense.
