I had a chance to read OAO prospectus today. It is an interesting company. Gets most of its business through strategic partnerships with IBM and Digital Equipment. They are doing outsourcing work of computer functions. This is interesting and maybe a big business. I know many companys do outsourcing of manufacturing. For example, SCI Systems has done very well in manufacturing outsourcing over the years. OAO appears to have the right marketing ideas and a good chance to continue its rapid growth. The big risk is the dependence on so few strategic partners. Does anyone have any insight into this type of business and /or OAO in particuliar besides what is in prospectus? Robert Decker
