Young good post. I do have some comments though. <<<The only concern I have with MRVC is that its sales of Fast Ethernet switches and MegaSwitch II have not taken off as intended and predicted by the CEO. Meanwhile, folks like 3COM and CISCO were totally surprised by the explosive demand for their stuffs. Something does not add up here. I was hoping that someone would ask that question in the earning release conference call. But it seemed that folks who asked questions were quite happy with last quarter 's result.>>> Nope the MegaSwitch 2 sure didnt take off like the CEO planned or investors in the company. But there was a comment made by CEO Noam Lotan in the conference call. He had laid out a goal of the company to increase sales on the MegaSwitch 2 by 300% this quarter. And yes I am also unhappy that 3com and CSCO showed a dramatic increase in the area that MRVC resides while we missed out. But have we? MegaSwitch 2 is still being touted by the company. The 1gig switch will show a little something this quarter, but the 1st quarter of 97 will be its first full quarter of sales. We are now also looking at CATV and Telephony as an entirely new way to profit from MRVC. We experienced growing pains in the third quarter now its up to management to show us they are up to the task. I will go against the grain one more time in here. I am not dissatisfied with management, in fact I am excited about the future of MRVC. The management has built us a company over the past few years. The investors have made that road rocky over the past few months. If we desire someone to get upset with, turn your attention to the market. If I could grow my business like MRVC has grown theirs, well lets just say my life would include more golf and less business. Regards, Sam
