Jeffrey, Just a comment on the one-week turnaround perception - I bought a Dell, and it was more like two weeks before it got "released" from sales to manufacturing (these things really are custom built!), then another week before it was shipped. My case may not be typical, but it sure was interesting to see memory prices drop and advertised capacity almost double while I was waiting! Still, you're covered for such changes for 30 days, so it really wasn't much of an issue. I'm guessing Best Buy has a 30-day moneyback guarantee; If so, I'm with Sal - sell it back and buy a direct-merchant job.
