Regardless, CA property tax intake is now much greater than it was prior to prop 13 while accounting for inflation and population growth.
The impact of Prop 13 on CA property tax revenue is a lot less than what the liberals make it out to be.

Meanwhile, Prop 13 remains highly popular, even in this left-leaning state. If it truly were a measure that benefitted the "rich" at the expense of the "poor," you would think more Californians would oppose it, but that isn't the case.
