CNBC BUSINESS CENTER at 7:00pm Eastern Time just reported that LU did make an offer to buy ASND at 35 per share. ASND rejected the offer and is seeking 40 per share. Maria on CNBC said that LU will come back with a higher offer and expect the deal to happen sooner than later.
