Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. My old system for keeping track of posts is blown out of water, now that I was forced to make the "old" to "new" transition at SI.

I see that PB largely addressed your question. I can add that the CEO is an old friend of mine, and that I believe him to be a straight shooter. Very capable guy, too.... one of the first Regulatory/Clinical guys to get a biotech product approved (a team effort, of course.... don't want to imply otherwise), at Univax Biologics.
