From some post, not your last one Tom, one Could assume that it is a real benefit to make sure you can sue the company. If such a company tries to limit the ability of frivolous suits, they must be doing something wrong. Yes, in the last 50 years I have made lots of money thru shareholder suits. These suits have never cost any of the companies I owned stock in a dime.

Yep, one of the keys to value and profit is making sure you can sue the company after its' stock tanks. Must be a lot of people who share my belief. Who cares if Neuprex is approved. Might be better if it is not. Just think about the potential for making really big bucks by suing a company that will have few resources to defend against the suits.

Can't wait for the prospectus. Bet, I can find an error in it and perhaps we can even sue for that.

BTW stick a few of these wherever they belong or fit. <g> <g> <g>
