On this issue, Cramer is right.

Accounting problems are usually the tip of the iceberg. Usually they exist because of management's attempts to mask some real structural issues that often come to light in the ensuing investigation and restatement. It's extremely rare that a company announcing the need to restate earnings is able to make a rapid comeback. More often than not, there's additional bad news to follow. In every case I can think of, that advice was good. Get out with whatever you have left and put it someplace else. Speculating on the outcome of additional audits and restatements is a suckers game, or at the very least limited to people who are into extremely risky investments.

I don't have any COVD. If I did, I'd be selling tomorrow at the open...
