I think weekend protests are the norm in Europe. Of course nothing changes.........look at the Yellow Vests in France. Nothing has changed in France...where are they?

We ran into a weekend protest in Rome last month. The protest was a joke. Police lined up barricades an hour beforehand and had a huge presence. Everyone behaved themselves and the turnout was huge. What I call the rah rah people gave their little speeches and held up their little signs.

Nothing will come of it.

The Brits waited too long and now it's turned violent. The people in GB...and most other EU countries have been oppressed for so long, that it takes a cultural overthrow to wake them up. Like I said.......probably too late.

We must not let that happen here.
