Paul,

I like the volume here, and it is possible to trade it in order to improve the position. It reminds me a bit on SCUR, a stock which went into the gutters but ultimately gained... to me, CPTH is too big to fail.

On the other hand, many cite that it is dead money. Should it be so, other high valued stocks are worse than dead money,...

What I couldn't care less about is how many lawsuits have been filed; I think the bigger the number of lawsuits the higher is the public interest in this company. This is usually good for liquidity and stock price. No lawsuits is ridiculous.

What has me really amazed: The stock opened after reasonable time (ie 10 days...); other companies with similar problems see their stock halted for months...the fact that it reopened quickly tells me that the problems are really minor.....

The market has given me a lot, I thought, why not risk a grand or 2 on cpth...?
