Glad to hear you're exercising. Way too many people just sit around on their rear ends all the time, then complain about their diet, insomnia, whatever.
In my line of work, most of my customers are in Texas, and they have handled this downturn, or whatever one wants to call it, quite well, even those who are in difficult financial circumstances. But make no mistake, there are some real horror stories out there.
In the end, though, they brought it on themselves by believing in easy credit. Interest rates have come down, for sure, but only for creditworthy customers.
