The Windows 7 DVD is "Pure" Windows 7. It does NOT contain manufacturer "enhancements." (crapware)

Unfortunately, it doesn't contain the drivers for any specialty hardware. You'll need to find them on your own.

You'll need your Product ID. It's in the form of XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
You can get this key from your system. Use a key finding program.

For those using a "royalty" licensed PC, like Dell, HP, or other large manufacturers, you'll also need your License Certificate. For this, you can use this program. (It'll find your product key too.)
