CTC- I was going back and reviewing your nicely detailed comments and noted that I forgot to question the above comment in your present value calculations based on future operating cash flow.

Why would you assume this? The last thing CTXS needs is additional capital. They did that HUGE convertible offering last year. And I thought all diluted shares included the convertibles already.

So hypothetically what if you removed the 5% per annum figure above...what would be the new PV assuming 40% growth of OCF? Or more realistically as you point out, how about a figure of 30% OCF growth? All within the 10 year time frame of your examples. Thanks. -MikeM(From Florida)

PS It's probably a simple matter of arithmetic. Bringing back share count to it's current level. But I just want to make sure I've got it right.
