Texas Dude, I'm familiar with the transaction where LIPO reclaimed the rights to the drug from Pfizer, but as I understand it, this was a transaction initiated by LIPO management.

As I also understand it, the transaction was consummated with the transfer of LIPO stock. Maybe Pfizer is dumping some of their shares at the current price? Maybe the price has been pumped up so that Dart and Pfizer can dump their shares at "attractive" prices?

Would you please discuss what other "Red Flags" are there that concern Evacet?

Are there any other opinions?
