That number came from Steve Wilkinson, an analyst at RBC Dominion that knows the BGO/AZS story as well as any analyst and far better than most. He also has no political ax to grind because RBC Dominion wasn't in the running for Bema's account as investent advisor and underwriter should they use one down the road. We'll see who's closer a year from now; Wilkinson or Nesbitt Burns.
