I've read most of GMoore's books as well>>all very good and well worth it. I don't recall if Moore used the phrase <disruptive technologies> but feel certain if he did, it was a quote from Christenson who coined the idea. George Gilder favors Christenson's concepts and is of the belief that disruptive technologies are the powershift of the "NEW PARADIGM" we are immersed in..... Ciena fits the bill>> IMHO! LJM
