Steve, I think that in the case of DCI, we have to either use or somehow factor in the run rate, because the revenue growth rate has been and is extremely rapid. In other words, if we used only historical data we would be too far behind the curve IMO. Of course as you pointed out indirectly, since we do not have run rate info on other companies, we are comparing apples and oranges to some extent here. I like the fact that the current valuation number you came up with for DCTC looks a whole lot like the one I came up with. (G) I believe that we are on the right track in making these evaluations, though I still think that there is room for "teaking". Thanks for bringing the CYOE info over. James
