Let's make a deal here. Kashmir - All of it becomes free like Bhutan with foreign policy, exchange control, foreign investment etc. handled by India, And China does the same for Tibet. Pakistan India and China stop arms race. And China doesn't lay claims to any NE states.
The there countries borrow oodles from Japan and pull SEA from their morass. The West stops selling arms but hey they get 2 1/2 billion additional hands to make Nike shoes.
Just a thought, not a chance of happening.
