I am certain many frauds occur in the SSDisabilty system. You know an area is easy to exploit when there are dozens of Lawyers advertising that they can help. People don't need an attorney to apply. Their medical records speak for them. The attorney will encourage them to name an older date for their disabilty claim as they get 25% to a maximum of $6k from any award of back benefits which is paid separately from their monthy benefit. Too many people out their educcating people on how to milk the system. Many people now use "depression" for their disability.
