Can you tell me if by gouging you mean "charging more than I want them to"? Do you mean "charging too much" by some supposedly objective standard? Do you mean gouging according to the legal definition? Do you mean operating as a monopoly or cartel to increase prices? Maybe with a multiple choice it will be easier to answer the question. Also could you rephrase "Much of Big Oil's gouging is at the refining and delivery stage, but just the price of oil." in to a coherent sentence? Do you mean "Much of Big Oil's gouging is not at the refining and delivery stage, but involves increasing the world price for oil? Do you mean "Much of Big Oil's gouging is at the refining and delivery stage, but also the price of oil is manipulated up? Its hard to respond to undefined terms and incoherent sentences. Not saying I don't make mistakes like that myself, I don't spend the time to edit my posts, this is an Internet BBS not a professional publication, but I don't mind rephrasing my posts, or defining my terms when asked.
