Technically, SIII fell back into the center of the triangle which doesn't look good. The only thing that looks strong is the 16 support level which also happens to be its 200 DMA. This stock will either be broken below 16 or move up after breaking both of these bearish formations. John PS: I would have taken a short position at 18.5 this morning (cover at 19.5) but overslept and missed it.
