Aren't there some Baathist insurgency groups? As far as I can tell they aren't major players but I think they exist. There's the Al-Awda (Return) Party, who have been recently fighting Jihadist groups for control of Anbar province. english.aljazeera.net en.wikipedia.org It's led, supposedly, by Izzat Ibrahim Al-Duri and Muhammed Yunis Al-Ahmad..
