In spite of the down market today, people seem unwilling to sell technology stocks because most likely they think that today's downturn is temporary and the market will bounce back soon (could be early next week; no major economic news). Selling would only help "buy-on-the-dip" folks who have done so well in the last few months. NASDAQ seems to be holding well, as have networking companies.
