What a silly thing to say. Seriously. What of substance does the above sentence contribute? What, if anything, do you know about the US relationship with South Korea and/or Japan, and/or China that suggests to you that we don't care? Or are you just venting the recent Canadian pique that appears to be motivated by softwood tariffs and the four Canadians killed in Afghanistan by US fire?

FL has asked us all to read the leading article in the most recent Foreign Affairs, which is about Korea, and be ready to discuss it on Tuesday.

I have subscribed to FA, and this issue is my second. I think the article on NK is very good, although I am going to look for additional articles that talk more about the military options.
