I am at a 70% position for CARR w/ my avg cost now at $54.53/share.

CARR came up on my FCF scan; FCF yield 2.5%; 3-5 Year Forward EPS CAGR at 9.7% and Forward Div yield 1.7%.

Highest Dividend Yield. As a leader in HVAC and refrigeration, it benefits directly from new industrial construction (factories, warehouses) and data centers that require specialized cooling, which is accelerated by the BBBA (Big Beautiful Bill). The FCF yield is lower due to recent strategic divestitures and a focus on bolt-on acquisitions.

AGCO, CMI, and ETN also made the scan. (No positions in ETN or CMI and am waiting for them to sell off below their SMA(200) based on my 3 year chart)

I own AGCO and have been adding on any sell off.

AGCO Corp (AGCO) FCF yield 5.3% 3-5 Year Forward EPS CAGR 8.4% Forward Div yield 1.1%

Highest FCF Yield. As a major agricultural machinery manufacturer (a capital-intensive sector), it is highly motivated to upgrade/expand US manufacturing facilities (CapEx) to meet demand, which is amplified by farm subsidies and global food trends. The FCF yield is the highest on this list.

Eventually I want to use my FCF metrics and scan ALL my positions then have AI rank so I can see where I need to make my adds. I used Gemini AI to build my FCF metric screen and I will try to scale into and/or add to those position over time. May delete position that have too low FCF yield and pays no dividend . . .
