I am sorry to belabor the point, but I do NOT think the split issue is settled. I reread the famous November JOHN HULL/JACK RAINS conversation that was reposted here last night and, there is STILL room for the 5 for 3 split. Hull NEVER ruled it out...only said, in essence, that it would be undesirable. I still think it is possible at earnings this week. BERNIE
